Using Obagi Nu-Cil™ Eyelash Enhancing Serum is very quick and easy. It can be applied as part of your daily morning or nighttime routine directly from your home in three simple steps.

1. Cleanse the skin on and around the upper and lower eyelids allowing it to dry completely.
2. Carefully apply a thin layer of Obagi Nu-Cil™ Eyelash Enhancing Serum to the base of the lash line on your upper eyelid.
3. Wait for the product to dry completely, around 90 seconds, before applying additional products or makeup to your skin.
