A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your surgical consultation appointment at Birmingham Cosmetic Surgery.
This deposit secures your appointment time and will be applied toward the total surgical consultation fee of $100.

Please Note:
• The $25 deposit is non-refundable.
• Deposits may be transferred one time with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your appointment will be canceled.
• Consultation appointments are subject to provider availability.
• The remaining $75 balance will be collected at the time of your consultation.
